Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email, and phone number when you register.
- Property information — the address or HCAD account number you search, plus any property-condition details you choose to provide.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits and status); we do not store your full card number.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To generate your property analysis and protest evidence packet.
- To create and manage your account and process payments.
- To send you your report and service-related messages.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve the Service.
3. How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service — for example, Stripe for payments, our hosting provider, and email delivery. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Public records
Property assessment and comparable data shown in the Service originates from public Harris County records. That information is public regardless of your use of the Service.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and report data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account (see below).
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and tokenized payments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your session. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
8. Your choices
- Access, correct, or update your account information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Opt out of non-essential emails.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
